The Washington Department of Natural Resources is hosting two open house events to help inform priority kelp and eelgrass habitats in South Puget Sound. ⁠

These discussions will contribute to the 10,000-acre conservation and recovery goal, Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 79.135.440, which is the native kelp forest and eelgrass meadow health/conservation plan.⁠
