Includes: Three academic sessions, Six training dives, Course and survey materials, Tanks, and weights.
Required Gear: BCD, Regulator, Dive Computer, Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Exposure Protections, Compass, Light, SMB with spool or reel.
Prerequisites: Open Water Diver certification from a nationally recognized agency. 18+ years old. 25+ logged dives including two dives in the last twelve months.

Hong Kong’s corals 👇
Despite bleaching impacts this summer, Hong Kong’s corals show promising recovery thanks to cooler waters and high species diversity including wrasses, groupers, and butterflyfish. This year’s efforts covered 33 sites, including nine marine parks, with over 1,170 volunteer divers participating.
Coral coverage ranged from 12.8% to 75.1%, with Coral Beach in Hoi Ha Wan leading the way. Conservation plans with the Agriculture, Fisheries, and Conservation Department (AFCD) include enhanced research and strategies to mitigate future bleaching.

A team of Reef Check rockstars went tide-pooling at Mendocino Headlands in California and found this beautiful specimen! Thank you, Ian Norton, our Northern California Regional Manager, Lauren Nutt, one of our contract Divemasters, and Morgan Murphy-Cannella, our Director of Education, for documenting this find.
This individual has been spotted several times before and lives in this cave. We are happy to see it is alive, healthy, and growing! It’s now a whopping 11cm, and we see it as a symbol of resilience for the surrounding kelp forest.
