Flamingo Tongue Dreams |
A flamingo tongue snail slowly feeds upon a gorgonian. It is often the simplicity of these small creatures that truly captures the beauty of a coral reef. This photo was taken at a reef off Long Island in the Bahamas, during a reef check. The mantle flaps were already retracted, i did not disturb it. |

Persitant coral |
This was taken at one of the many reefs in the Similan islands, Thailand this year. Aftre the tsunami it's great to see that the reef is still persiting and will even grow on boulders. This photo is of Table coral growing on boulders at the one dive site |

I took this photo in Bali. People were looking forward to see the sunset, because in addition to the place was religiously important for Hindus, it has got the reefs providing great sitting places. Also, when the reefs steps in front of the sun, nature creates a wonderful scene. |
