Any commercial use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by RCF.

Shipping Policy
The Artist will be responsible for shipping the art piece directly to you. Upon completion of a sale RCF will notify the Artist who will arrange delivery. All orders require up to one week of processing time prior to shipping. RCF is not responsible for shipment delays that might occur. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead when placing orders online.

Shipping cost depends on the options you choose, the size and weight of your item(s) including shipping materials, the location of the order destination, and where it is being shipped from (the shipping address of the sender will not be the same as RCF’s address). Insurance cost will vary depending on the shipping carrier and the price paid for the item, and will be calculated as part of the shipping costs. You can estimate shipping costs - place all the desired item(s) in your shopping cart and estimate the shipping cost in your shopping cart before you check out. RCF and the Artist reserve the right to use UPS, USPS, or other shipping methods at their discretion.

If you receive a damaged package, contact us at 1-310-230-2371 or at artgallery@reefcheck.org. There is only a three day grace period once the item has been received. From there we will submit a claim for a damaged package that takes 5-8 business days for processing. Orders shipped via USPS will require 3-5 business days to process. Lost packages will require 8-10 business days for processing. If the package appears to have been tampered with or is simply missing items, please contact us at 1-310-230-2371.

A tracking number will be provided via email once an order has been shipped out. After receiving the tracking number, you can go to the website of the shipping service specified on the email to track your package. For orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail, a tracking number may not be provided. We cannot modify any orders once they have been packaged and processed. We also cannot re-route or modify any packages once the order has been shipped out.

Privacy Policy
RCF is committed to protecting your privacy online to the best of our ability. We do not collect or keep your credit card information in our database. In order to better provide you with numerous products and services, we collect two forms of information.

This refers to information that does not, by itself, identify you as a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based on where you shop at our web site in several ways. Such information may include the Website's Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") information as well as your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. A URL is the global address of documents and resources on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol ("TCP/IP") network, such as the World Wide Web. Networks use the TCP/IP protocol to route or reroute information based on the IP address of the destination. In other words, an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web, which allows web servers to locate and to identify your computer. A computer requires an IP address in order for the user to communicate over the Internet.

We collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration- gathering broad demographic information, enabling ads to be served on our website, reporting Non-Personally Identifiable Information to our advertisers, and monitoring the level of activity on our site. We collect information from visitors from our site, such as the URLs they came from, their IP addresses, domain types (e.g., .com or .org), browser type, country, state, possible telephone area code where their servers are located, the pages viewed by customers during their visits, and any search keywords entered on our site.

When you order from us, we collect personally identifiable information from you. If you order one of our products or any services, we will collect your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product information, payment information, order number, referring URL, IP address and a password. We collect such information in order to fill your order, and also in order to get in contact with you regarding your order and/or to send you promotional materials. Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review the order and make any changes.

Security Measurement: All online transactions at the RCF Artists for Reefs Gallery feature 128-bit industry-standard SSL encryption held by GoDaddy SSL Authorization Certification Encryption Key. When you enter your private information into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in a 128-bit high encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to RCF (where your information will be kept). When viewing your data, your information has also been protected by a password, store secure key and will be encrypted until it gets to us.

RCF may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. RCF fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RCF, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
